Sleep is an important part of your health. Sleep is involved in healing and repair of your heart and blood vessels. It serves to reenergize the sleeping for seniorsbody’s cells, clear waste from the brain , and support learning and memory. Your immune system relies on sleep to stay healthy as well.  Getting enough quality sleep is essential to your quality of life.

According to the National Institute of Aging, older Americans may not be getting the sleep that they need. Difficulty falling asleep, sleep apnea or waking up many times during the night could be depriving your loved ones of the rest that their bodies need.
